Small Group Circuit Training Classes

  • Monday: 7:00am - 8:00am
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 10am

All levels invited to participate. No more than 4 participants. Email tom@shift-portland.com to reserve your spot! $20 per class.

This class is a wonderful opportunity to receive personalized attention for a lower rate with motivation from your fellow participants!

Semi Private Yoga

  • Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm

This is a intermediate Vinyasa class with no more than 6 students.  The small class size allows you to focus on your practice and receive expert instruction from Kait Johnson, one of Portland's most skilled yoga teachers.
