Kait JohnsonKait is a certified Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine and a certified Experienced-Registered Yoga Instructor receiving her training in La Jolla, California.

As a former Division I Collegiate lacrosse player at the University of Vermont, Kait brings her knowledge, passion and experience of competing at the highest level to her yoga and personal training programming. 
Kait’s expertise lies in injury prevention, functional movement, and mindfulness. She believes in a wholistic approach to fitness, emphasizing the balance of strength, flexibility and recovery to acheive optimal results.

When she's not at Shift, you can find Kait coaching lacrosse, running, sunning, skiing and adventuring with her goldendoodle, Summer.
