Sometimes the best motivation is having friends sweat with you! Working in a small group approach can get you the results you are looking for and give you a fun social experience while receiving the benefits of a strength program. These are fast paced classes designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge both strength and endurance. Classes are designed around the participants’ registered so individual goals, fitness levels, and injuries are taken into account. The small group atmosphere allows individual attention from trainers so you will always be pushed while maintaining proper form. You are sure to leave this class sweaty and worked! Participants must have an evaluation before participating in class.
