Your experience at Shift doesn’t start and stop with your workout. Our facility features a stretch area, private yoga studio and state of the art fitness equipment along with everything you need to get ready for your day or wind down from your session.

Our one-on-one training is completely focused on you. Our expert trainers use scientifically proven methods to create a program designed to reach your goals, while addressing imbalances and areas of weakness. Our trainers pride themselves in seeking out continuing education to provide our clients with the most up to date information in exercise science.
