Natalie Anderson

Natalie, in addition to her NSCA training certifications, holds a BS in Exercise Science as well as a minor in Nutrition and Wellness from Endicott College. During her time there, she also earned credit for ongoing research surrounding Functional Training with an emphasis on the Exercise as Medicine Model. After years of competitive field hockey and powerlifting through college, and countless unexplained injuries, she developed a passion for mapping the body in order to train it for efficiency. To help progress her research, she worked as a strength and conditioning coach right at the college.  She studied both organic and inorganic demands of different sports and simple activities of daily living to better understand how to promote longevity and prevent injury no matter the task at hand.

This notion is what Natalie aims to practice with all of her clients. Her understanding of anatomy and physiology and recognition of person to person specificity drives her passion for helping others define and reach their highest potential.
