Through our Remote Programming you’ll receive month long, carefully curated workout plans that are created specifically to address your goals. Every program begins with a virtual evaluation where your trainer will gather information on past and current fitness, injuries, goals and movement patterns. Based on these factors we will create a program that suits your needs. We will work with whatever equipment and space you already have so there is no need to purchase any equipment. We then briefly meet virtually to go over the program and make sure that you understand the exercises etc. Don’t worry, you are not left in the dark; the program includes reference videos so you are never having to guess if you are doing an exercise correctly.

Programs are monthly and are offered as one workout per week at $125 (4 workouts monthly), 2 workouts per week $225 (8 workouts monthly), or 3 workouts per week $300 (12 workouts per week).

Remote Programming includes the following:

  • 20 minute virtual evaluation

  • A month long program (4, 8, or 12 workouts) with video explanations

  • 20 minute virtual meeting to go over the program
