Kait Johnson

Kait received her personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine where she has focused her education and experience on successful aging in older adults, and functional movement training for every body. She is a certified Cancer Exercise Trainer- training through cancer diagnosis, treatment & remission- and a yoga instructor. She believes in a wholistic, age-appropriate approach to fitness, emphasizing the balance of strength, flexibility and recovery to achieve optimal results. 

Kait studied Psychology at the University of Vermont, where she was a member of the division 1 lacrosse program. She continues to be involved in the lacrosse community; having coached at both collegiate and youth levels, she has found her home coaching lacrosse, locally, at the HS level. 

Kait has a true passion for fitness and living an active lifestyle. When she’s not in the gym you can find her running, biking , skiing, surfing... doing just about anything outdoors with her family and pup.
