Tasha Wales

Tasha holds a BS in Exercise Science and Sport Physiology from Plymouth State University. Her passion for fitness originally stemmed from years of volleyball and track, and has been further strengthened by an ever growing love and curiosity for resistance training. Though strength training was always an integral part of her athletic career, it was when she retired from sport that she found her value in sharing her vast strength and conditioning knowledge with the general population.  Tasha has a particular interest in working with older adults and individuals with limited mobility, focusing on functional fitness and longevity.
